Bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia (BOOP) is a type of diffuse or focal infiltrative lung disease charaterized by granulation tissue plugs within lumens of small airways and extending into alveolar ducts and alveoli. Only three cases
of
BOOP
were reported in Korea, in spite of many cases of BOOP were reported in the world.
We report here one case of idiopathic BOOP in 32-years-old female who complain dyspnea and flu-like illness those managed successfully by conservative treatment.
